  • 2 lbs. ground beef

  • 1 bunch collard greens, stems removed and leaves chopped
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
