Putting the "Kids" To Bed
It's coming down to the end of the season for our favorite Illinois cheesemaker, Prairie Fruits Farm. Leslie Cooperband's goats produce milk for about nine months, so their milking season begins in March and ends in December each year. But we've still got plenty of Leslie's wonderful Little Bloom on the Prairie, Angel Food, Krotovina and fresh chevre. But this stuff won't last long, so stop by this weekend and get it while it lasts.
