Beer and cheese—both separately and paired together—are magical creations. The two go hand in hand, and have for centuries. Think about it. Marion Street Cheese Market aims to honor and showcase the common origins and pairings of cheese and beer. We will have five spectacular—oftentimes local—examples of craft brewing on tap at all times, along with 55 different bottle selections that will span the wide range of styles, regions and brewers available to us today. We've tapped a barrel of Hoppy Little "O" -- a fantastic Belgian-ish pale ale we recieved from our friends down at Flossmoor Station Brewpub. We had it on tap once at their brewery, and this barrel lives up to our memories. Read more about the beer here.
