Our expansion from small corner cheese shop, to specialty food store/cafe/community hub, took some serious thinking as far as design and architecture goes. The prospect of creating a mixed retail space and cafe/bar certainly posed some interesting challenges. That said, we thought it important to note the fantastic job done by the architect and interior designer who took on this task:
